Canoe Cloud is a community of engineers. We learn by building, research what we don't understand, and share what we find. So we built a lab across clouds and our own metal, started a blog for ideas worth passing on, and opened the door to anyone who wants to grow with us.
Two public clouds, a rack in Prague and a sandbox that resets itself. See what is running, what we are building and what we still need.
Flexible, shared and open to members. Two public clouds and a rack in Prague, working as one lab.

Pick something to try, ship it to your own sandbox and watch it run on real infrastructure. Then break it on purpose.

It runs on a cloud or on the rack, for real.
Break it, fix it and write it down.
The Canoe Cloud blog. We write down what we learn, mistakes included. Series come in parts, and each one shows its level.
What happened in the lab this month, what broke and who fixed it. Written the same week, before anyone forgets.
Read the sectionOne subject in several parts, from the first command to the hard edges. Each part shows its level, so you know where to start.
Read the sectionOne idea, one sitting. Short pieces on how we work together, written when something is worth passing on.
Read the sectionWe read the reports and surveys, then test the claims in the lab. What holds up, what does not, and what it means for a small team.
